FLIGHT INFORMATION: Spirit Airlines and West Jet have added additional flights this spring and will start their service earlier in the year. Spirit Airlines flights to Charleston WVA, and Philadelphia PA will resume in late March, a couple weeks earlier than their flight schedules in 2013.
