Golfers staying at Emerald Greens Resort can enjoy 27 challenging holes of Dan Maples championship golf at Carrollwood Country Club.  The resort features three distinct ninc holes of golf - Pine, Cypress and Meadow with two of the three making an 18 hole championship caliber round and playing to par-36 from three sets of tees: Pine/Cypress 5821yds - 6956yds; Cypress/Meadow 5929yds - 6833yds; Meadow/Pine 5768yds - 6803yds.   Length off the tee is not vital at Carrollwood CC with many holes requiring shot placement and accuracy off the tee, but long hitters can also take advantage of holes such as Pine 9th hole, a 490 yard par-5 from the middle tee.  This fantastic hole with an island green is very tempting for many players to reach in two for a strong eagle or good birdie opportunity.  Cypress is second longest nine and like Meadow, features slightly smaller greens than the Pine course.

Carrollwood CC courses are among the best conditioned courses in the Tampa Bay area.  The Club features expansive practice area including large putting green, chipping area and practice bunker all complimentary with your daily round.  The clubhouse Grille features  a lively lounge and patio terrace where guests can enjoy a cold beverage and great meal prepared by the Club's gourmet culinary team.  Club is closed on Mondays for full day maintenance activity to keep Carrollwood in top condition!

TPC Tampa Bay plays 4990yds-6900yds from six different tee boxes designed for players of all levels. Golfers can also enjoy the Clubhouse, which offers a large locker room with showers. The Grill at TPC Tampa Bay is open 7:00 am to 8:00 pm daily, serving excellent breakfast, lunch, and dinner choices for guests. Fox Hollow Golf Club is one of the premier golf courses in the state and was recently rated as Top 100 Florida Courses Accessible to the Public in Florida.  Fox Hollow has the distinction of being one of the last courses designed and built by Robert Trent Jones, Sr., one of the most prolific and innovative golf course designers of all time. In his design of Fox Hollow, the legendary Jones created a layout as picturesque as it is playable. Quite simply, Fox Hollow offers a good, fair test of golf.  The par-71 championship layout features five sets of tees routing among native trees and vegetation, sparkling lakes, sand bunkers and a variety of wildlife. Fox Hollow’s rolling fairways are a delightful departure from the pancake-flat layouts found elsewhere in Florida. The putting surfaces at Fox Hollow feature SeaDwarf Paspalum - new turfgrass technology which consistently provides among the smoothest, fast green complexes in the Tampa Bay area.

The Copperhead undoubtedly is the golf course that most lovers of golf are familiar with at Innisbrook Resort. After all, they've seen America's greatest golf stars taking on its pine tree-lined fairways and rolling terrain during the PGA TOUR Valspar Championship presented by BBT each March. So you, like many other visitors to Innisbrook, will want to make the Copperhead one of your must-places to play.

With its unusual elevation changes, the natural setting of the Copperhead course will probably remind you of a Carolina layout rather than Florida's West Coast. The Copperhead is ranked in the "Top 100 Places to Play", and among "America's Top Resort Courses" by Golf Digest. From the tournament tees Copperhead presents a stern test of golf. At 7,340 yards, this par-71 layout is designed to challenge players of all ability levels.

The Copperhead Practice Facility is located adjacent to the first hole and is complimentary for guests preparing to tackle Innisbrook's signature course.

The Highlands South Course stretches to 6,620 yards from the back tees across undulating terrain, ample waste bunkers and 10 water hazards. This course is reminiscent of a links style course, both in its set-up and the way it plays with fairway bunkers and rolling terrain. Don't let the rather short length fool you as the course features five incredible par-3's that are always a challenge due to the breezes off the nearby Gulf of Mexico.

You'll get off to a moderately easy start with a straightaway par-4 that plays at 335 yards from the back tees and 250 from the forward. You do have to avoid a large bunker on the left and trees on the right. Then there is the great par-3 third hole that measures 180 yards from the back tees and 100 from the front. This hole has a very narrow green that measures about 40 feet at its deepest point. There's plenty of water in front of the green.

Accuracy and distance control is very important here. "If you're short, you'll end up in the water. If you're long, you'll be in the back bunker," says Director of Golf, Jay Overton. The par-3 finishing hole of 180 yards (back tees) is a perfect finale hole featuring an elevated green protected by water and large, deep bunkers.

Ample water, tight fairways, intimidating hazards, and abundant bunkers -- all designed to test the skills of the most accomplished golfer have won much acclaim for the Island Course. The Island, often considered to be just as challenging as the Copperhead, is ranked among the country's top 50 resort courses by Golf Digest and No. 14 in Travel & Leisure Golf's "Fifty Finest in Florida." The varying terrain, coupled with a variety of tee placements, can challenge both the professional player as well as the weekend golfer.

The course has been a regional qualifier for the U.S. Open and is remembered as well for the NCAA championship that Phil Mickelson won here.

Lake Jovita Golf Club is a semi-private club located just 30 minutes north of Tampa offering two championship golf courses - the North course and South course.  The landscape and elevation changes here are far more typical of North Carolina than they are of Florida. But, make no mistake, this is Florida golf at its finest, thanks to the creative design work by the architect team of Tom Lehman and Kurt Sandness. 

The North Course is more modern layout than the South and is also nestled among rolling hills, beautiful lakes, native hardwoods and grasses.  With the unusually hilly terrain in this particular area of central-west Florida, the North has even more elevation changes than the South course, providing scenic views of the surrounding areas.  On a clear day, golfers can see at least five miles to the east while on the par-3 #2 tee box - a relaxing view before hitting your tee shot!  Along with the naturally rolling fairways, the North features fast/smooth greens and strategic bunkers offering enjoyable risk-reward shot-making.

Don't be misled by the 6,641 yardage on this par 71 Arnold Palmer creation. It is a stout test. While many of the holes provide generous driving areas, the firm green fairways are contured to resemble a rolling parkland course. Level ground is rare. Facing the green from the slanting fairways, the small elevated emerald islands framed by white-faced bunkers, azure ponds and gently swaying palm trees. Hilly lies and sweeping Florida breezes make it difficult to attain the accurancy needed to find these targets.

The Tif-eagle greens are firm, fast and undulating, allowing only a crisply struck shot to hold their surface. Surrounding the greens, the Bermuda rough requires a soft touch needed to play nice pitch shots.

Centrally located to Tampa and Clearwater, The Bayou Club is your home away from home. Established in 1991, The Bayou Club is one of the areas top semi-private clubs featuring an array of first-class amenities. The centerpiece of the Club is the award-winning Tom Fazio Signature Golf Course, considered one of the best golf courses in the Tampa Bay area.  The outstanding course layout weaves through live oaks, pines, marshes and natural bayous with water coming into play on 16 holes. But with generous fairways and true-rolling Champion Dwarf Bermudagrass greens, golfers will have great opportunity to score well and enjoy the day at The Bayou Club.

Bardmoor Golf Club is one of the top public golf courses in the Tampa Bay area.  For 13 years, Bardmoor was host for the PGA/LPGA JCPenney Classic as well as many state and local amateur tournaments.  The Bardmoor Country Club was founded in 1971 and the first rounds was an exhibition match with Ben Hogan and Tommy Bolt.  Golfers will experience some  elevation changes and tree-lined fairways situated around a few lakes and streams, along with smooth greens for holes loaded with character.

The Plantation on Crystal River course was designed by Mark Mahanah 47 years ago with one thought in mind - to provide a challenging and rewarding playing experience for all in the traditional "Florida style. " Plenty of water and numerous bunkers cradled on a soft carpet of lush green fairway and sheltered by grand oaks and pines.

Our course has hosted many great PGA and LPGA professionals over the years and is a frequent site of Florida championships. Legendary Tommy Bolt was a fixture at the Plantation in the 1950s and `60s.

The course features water on 21 holes, sloped greens and a variety of challenging fairways lined with native life oak trees and emerald pines. You can combine our three nines to suit your game - choose from our short course "the Lagoons" or our Championship layout.
