The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a luxury Tempur-Pedic mattress. The third bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed with a Sealy hybrid mattress. The fourth bedroom downstairs has a queen size luxury pillow top bed. In the fifth room, part of the lower family room, there's a twin size bed along with a bunk bed featuring a twin size top over a full size bottom. There's also a roll-away cot. All mattresses are brand new and extremely comfortable. The living room and family room each have large flat screen TV's with cable. The living room opens to a large deck with outdoor furniture and a gas grill. The yard overlooks the sixth green on the Pines Course at Lake Arrowhead Golf Course. The game room downstairs has a ping-pong table and electronic dart board, large flat screen TV for gaming, and couches/futons for lounging. The walk-out basement opens to the large yard and deck/patio area. The kitchen offers range, microwave, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator, along with an island with bar-top seating. The open-concept dining room has a table that can expand to seat 8-10 people. It also comes with first-floor washer and dryer for your convenience. An attached two-stall garage is available for guests, as well as outside parking for an additional 5-7 vehicles.
