Gibson Bay Golf Course is a beautiful championship course that plays around Richmond Kentucky's Lake Reba and over the rolling hills of Kentucky blugrass country. Though the course is generously wide off the tee, lone pines and hardwoods can effect shot-making to greens, plus significant mounding throughout the course can create challenges. Many greens are set into hill sides and protected by strategically place bunkers and links-style mounds. Playing from five different tees, the course plays from 4700 yards to 7100 yards, plus the exposed layout, wind can also play a strong factor in shot-making. Gibson Bay offers a nice day of golf and with bent grass tees, fairways and greens, the course always in top condition.
