From field to barrel to glass, our spirits honor the land, the hands, and the heritage that make Kentucky bourbon legendary. We grow and distill with heirloom blue corn — a rare, non-GMO grain cultivated right here on our farm in Midway, Kentucky. This blue corn gives our bourbon its deep, earthy sweetness and vibrant finish. But for us, it’s more than a signature ingredient — it’s the heart of our ground-to-glass approach. Visitors can see the process firsthand, season after season, as each harvest begins in the fields just steps from the still. Bourbon starts on the farm, and that’s why we operate ours onsite.
