Located at Rancho Santa Fe, a short journey along a windy road, while just four miles from the highway, seemed to transport you to another time and place. Before entering the restaurant proper, a charming courtyard awaits, peacefully silent except for the sound of water bubbling from a fountain. French country motifs adorn the walls, filling the room with cheerful images of flowers, an appropriate theme that was continued on each table, where fresh flowers offered bursts of yellow in blue vases. At Mille Fleurs, dining is not just about eating., It` s a celebration of the French cuisine.

Baci Ristorante
Due to the increasing number of restaurants booming in San Diego, Baci Ristorante is not out of the picture. It provides fanciful presentation, over-the-top décor, and a setting that emphasizes the vibe almost more than the food. The restaurant hardly calls attention to itself. You’ll recognize it by the modest maroon canopy above the entrance, displaying white scripted letters that gracefully spell out Baci. An approach that has earned the restaurant the AAA 4-diamond award eleven times is what lies behind the plain exterior of one of the city’s finest classic Italian restaurants. They are one that equates dining with tuxedoed waiters, white tablecloths, and classic preparation. It has truly, a rare and genuine Italian hospitality. As their two specialties—seafood and veal, perfectly absorbs the rich succulent sauce; Italy’s cuisine had evolved to so expertly celebrate the bounty of the sea.
