The course is in excellent condition and is characterized by large, rolling greens, multiple tees, strategically placed bunkers, and lots of water. Its length from the championship tees is over 7100 yards, but is playable for golfers of any level with four additional sets of tees. While the East Course gives you plenty of room off the tee, it is your second shot that will make or break your round. Club selection and pin position are always an issue. For example, the 17th green is 13 yards wide and some 54 yards deep, changing your second shot by as much as three clubs, depending on the pin location.
