Lori set us up with golf reservations in Williamsburg. When I got of the plane in Norfolk Virginia, I received a call from my wife saying that her father had passed away in Myrtle Beach. Since 3 of us going onthe trip were brother-in-laws, that left only 5 of 8 people to play golf. When Lori was informed of the situation, she immediately contacted the 5 different courses involved and was able to obtain vouchers for replys at all 5 courses, 3 of them being lifetime vouchers. The 3 of us assumed that our money and the golf was long gone and were greatly surprised and delighted with what Lori was able to do for us. I can't thank her enough.
