Golf Zoo redesigns its website (www.golfzoo.com) and adds two new features to further enhance customer service.
Live Help allows the visitor to the website the ability to get help from a local golf travel specialist during the research and booking stages of their vacation planning by simply clicking a button.
Golf Zoo has also added eYardageBooks that gives the user the ability to pre-plan their next round of golf using the online Golfwits maps to view the course layout and scorecard.
March 21, 2005 - Owings Mills, Maryland - Golf Zoo, Inc. (www.golfzoo.com), a nationwide provider of golf vacations announced today that they have officially launched a new website design along with two new
features. The new website design adds additional functionality and easier
navigation. Golf Zoo has also added Live Help and Golfwits’ eYardageBooks to its website.
"Utilizing Live Help on our website shows how committed Golf Zoo is to ensuring customer satisfaction.
It allows our customers to ask questions or concerns they may have during the planning and booking steps of their golf vacation that they may not
pick up a phone to call and ask, but more than willing to ask while online."
Says Christopher Parcell, Director of Sales at Golf Zoo. Live Help on the website adds yet another way for customers to communicate- which is faster and more personal than using only email.
The addition of Golfwits product- eYardageBook, provides key information for most golf courses offered on the Golf Zoo website.
Golfers can now pre-plan their next round of golf using the online Golfwits course maps.
The feature is incredibly powerful, giving the golfer a view of the course and carry distances from any point.
The user can select each hole individually and view its layout, scorecard, slope, use the drag-a-ball maps to measure distances, and calculate their handicap and potential shot lays.
This gives additional information not commonly found on any other golf packaging company.
Rick Holofcener- CEO of Golf Zoo said, "The user experience is really heightened with this interactive tool - it also gives the user the ability to print their personal eYardageBook to bring with them to the golf
Golf Zoo is in position to provide a more complete user-experience for the golfer planning their vacation with the addition of both Live Help and eYardageBooks to its new redesigned website.
