There are also sliding glass doors which lead out to the deck & dock. 2nd level has kitchen with granite counter tops and tile floor, spacious living room with fireplace, dining room, an office with a high-speed cable internet connection and a queen sleep sofa. This level opens to a screened in deck adjacent to the canal.

The second two levels are the bedrooms. Located on the 3rd level is one master bedroom with a sunk-in Jacuzzi tub and two other bedrooms both with full bathrooms. Also located on this level is the laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer. The 4th level has a second master bedroom with a sunk-in Jacuzzi tub and another bedroom with a full bath.
