The City of Plantation is known for its warm hospitality, beautiful landscapes and premier residential neighborhoods. Now it will be known for its world-class recreation facilities.

The City opened to the public its golf course and linear park, Plantation Preserve. This 211-acre parcel includes a 7,000 yard, par 72 championship golf course, a 6,600 square foot club house that seats 160 guests, a linear park trail with two trailheads that winds its way through the golf course and 29 acres of wetland preserve.

Plantation Preserve Recognized for Environmental Excellence The City of Plantation's, Plantation Preserve Golf Course & Club, has achieved designation as a "Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary" through the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Program for Golf Courses, an Audubon International program.
