Designed by PGA TOUR professional Mark McCumber, the course features a variety of playing options with over 100 bunkers and 83 different tees. The tees, fairways and greens are hybrid Bermuda grass. The tropical-flavored, Addison-Mizner style clubhouse lies at the end of an avenue of 100 majestic Royal Palms.
Featured in the clubhouse are an elegant lobby with a coral stone fireplace, a trophy gallery, golf shop, locker room facilities for both men and women, dressing room and a full-service grille. The course underwent an extensive redesign in 1989 and the greens were renovated to Tif Eagle Bermuda in 2000. The golf course offers an excellent combination of hold designs and truly great golf. Water comes in play on 12 holes.
The Club at Emerald Hills hosts both the Doral Qualifer and Honda Qualifier, US Amateur Qualifier in 2003, and in 2004 host site of US Mid-Amateur Qualifier. Its length from the championship tees is over 7100 yards, but is playable for golfers of any level with four additional sets of tees. While the East Course gives you plenty of room off the tee, it is your second shot that will make or break your round. Club selection and pin position are always an issue. Its lush, green fairways are lined with beautiful palm and cypress trees. The water that dots the course is sparkling and crystal clear. The greens are elevated and gently rolling, making successful putts for birdies and pars a definitely possibility. There are 5 sets of tees, which allow golfers of all abilities to choose the one that is right for his or her game. The Tournament Tees measure a challenging 6,808 yards, while the Forward Tees play from 5,214 yards. Regardless of which tees you play from, you will find the Cypress Course a wonderful golf experience. Home to such prestigious events as the Florida Open and Dixie Amateur Championship, the Cypress is an unforgettable golfing experience.

Named by Florida Golf News as one of the top 100 courses in the state (out of over 1,400), our signature course had a $3 million renovation completed by Fazio Design Inc. in 1998. The Oaks was one of the first golf courses in Florida to have Tif Eagle Bermuda grass planted on our greens. Now considered to be the finest grass for greens in Florida, Tif Eagle makes the Oaks' putting surfaces smooth and true.
The Oaks has hundreds of beautiful Oak and Palm trees scattered throughout the course. Our sparkling water features enhance the ambiance of this one-of-a-kind championship layout. The course features 5 sets of tees that range in length from 6,910 yards to 4,860 yards. Originally designed by Tom and George Fazio, two of golf's finest and most famous architects, the Oaks is a shotmaker's delight.

The Palms Golf Course is a tract that locals and visitors alike just love to play. A number of recent improvements to the course, including the installation of a state-of-the-art system, allows us to keep the fairways and rough areas in top-notch condition...year round. We also added some new cart paths to make it easier for our players to navigate the beautiful holes on this course.
Originally designed by William Mitchell in 1959, the Palms was completely renovated by Karl Litten and Lorie Viola in 1996. It has hosted such outstanding tournaments as the Nike South Florida Classic and the Florida Open. The Palms Course is an excellent venue for both higher and lower handicap golfers.
There are 5 sets of tees, which allow every player to select the length of the course that is most appropriate for his or her round. If you want the greatest challenge, then select the Tournament Tees, which measure 6,931 yards, with a rating of 73.3 and a Slope of 128. Those desiring a more friendly length can choose one of the other sets of tees, which range from 5,431 to 6,586 yards.

In the summer of 2000 famed architect "Gentleman" Joe Lee was asked to redesign Hillcrest Country Club's championship course. While maintaining many of the classic features of the course, Joe Lee added mounding, new sand traps, improved tee boxes, new lakes and gave the green complexes a whole new look. Another distinguishing feature of Hillcrest Golf and Country Club is the superb drainage, while other courses in South Florida close due to heavy summer rains, you can always get a tee time at Hillcrest Golf and Country Club.
Hillcrest's championship course reopened in May of 2001 to rave reviews. The beautifully maintained Tif-Eagle greens, lush landscaping and pristine lakes will appeal to all discerning golfers. The par 72 layout measures 7076 from the Championship tees, 6677 from the blue tees , 6270 from the white tees and 5207 from the ladies tees. Our signature 18th hole provides an exciting conclusion to your round of golf with an Island Green surrounded with a bulkhead.

We are celebrating the completion of the East Golf Course, Green, Tee and Bunker Renovations, Featuring the Nationally Famous #3 Waterfall Hole. All new champions greens on the East Course, all new bunker sand and drainage system, all new cart paths, new waste bunkers to eliminate cart path interference, new tees and landscaping. The East course, designed by Joe Lee, is a par 72 that measures 7,158 from the Black tees. This course has been rated as one of Florida's top ten. Our East course is a classic Florida layout with holes routed through strands of mature palms and hardwoods, and around numerous water hazards and expansive bunkers. |

On paper it is the six par 3's that give it that appearance, but it is a course that will test every club in your bag. The par 5's are 531,545,561 and 575 yards. Fairways are generous, but hole design makes low scoring a challenge. The course is perfectly suited for golfers of all skill levels. The golf course is occupied by tropical vegetation and inhabited by wild parrots, blue herons, snowy egrets, and many other forms of wildlife. |
