Welcome to Sleepy Hole Golf Course! This newly polished gem on the shore of the mile-wide Nansemond River has hosted eight LPGA Tour events and served as a venue for many prestigious amateur tournaments. Picturesque Sleepy Hole Golf Course was designed by renowned architect Russell Breeden and built in 1972. In June of 2003, we gave our venerable course a well-earned rest and renovation under the direction of golf course architect Tom Clark, of Ault, Clark and associations, Ltd.
