Each unit features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and also has fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, cable TV and VCR, washer/dryer, and a fireplace with free firewood. Each unit sleeps two per bedroom and two on a sleeper sofa in the living room.

All guests receive complimentary use of the Sugarbush Sports Center that features an indoor pool, hot tub and exercise facilities. Indoor tennis, racquetball and squash courts are also available for rental.
