Built in 1927, 'The Links' is unique to the Northeast with it's authentic Scottish links design by Wayne Stiles and John Van Kleek. Brigantine's history is intertwined with the famed Scottish Links courses of old. Local legend suggests the "Old Pros" such as Walter Hagen and Harry Vardon played in Brigantine before setting sail for the British Open.

With 5 sets of tees to handle varying levels of players, from the accomplished pro to the beginner, everyone can experience both the challenge and enjoyment of our club. Each nine of the 27 holes plays from a minimum of 2,500 yards to a maximum of over 3,500. The par is 36 from all tees.
Our fairways are generous - 50 to 60 yards in width - allowing those few and far between errant shots more than ample room to find a safe, resting spot. Both tee and fairway areas are seeded with a blend of the highest ranked bentgrass. Here's a little-known fact: our greens are made with the identical seed used on the Augusta National greens for the 1997 Masters. |
